Wyrr Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Wyrr," "we," "our," or "us") are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Wyrr. This Privacy Policy applies to all of our Services. By accessing or using our Services or otherwise manifesting your consent to this Privacy Policy, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Suppose you are an individual acting on behalf of a Company. In that case, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the Company with the authority to bind the Company to this Privacy Policy ("Administrator") and that you agree to this Privacy Policy on the Company’s behalf.

Terms not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the meaning outlined in our Terms of Use.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Information you provide to us

Information you provide to us: Wyrr collects personal, business, and financial information as a requirement to open Wyrr Account and use the Services. The collection of personal data may include but is not limited to first name, last name, personal address, date of birth, identification number, phone number, a photo of your government-issued identification, including your international passport and driver's license, and other similar information. Business information may include but is not limited to your business name, tax identification number, business address, business telephone number, business bank account information, business-related documentation, telephone number, or email address. Additional information will be requested when opening an account and may be requested throughout the life of the account relationship to meet regulatory and legal requirements. Suppose you provide us with personal information, business information, financial information, and financial data. In that case, you consent to transferring and storing that information on our servers in the United States, Canada, or Europe. We may also collect any communications between you and Wyrr and any other information you provide to Wyrr.

Data collected through the use of the Services: We collect information about how you use the Service, your actions on the Service, and your communications with us through the Services. You can use your device's "Settings" app if you need to update your permissions. Please remember that Wyrr may, but has no obligation to, monitor, record, and store information you provide to Wyrr and data we collect about you to protect your safety or the safety of other users, to assist with regulatory or law enforcement efforts, or to protect and defend our rights and property. By using the Service, you consent to the recording, storing, and disclosing of the communications you send or receive for these purposes.

Wyrr’s Compliance Program: To help the government combat money laundering activities and terrorist financing, we have established and will implement our compliance Program in compliance with Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA), FINTRAC, and associated Regulations. We are required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each individual or business that uses the Services. Hence, when applying for an account, Wyrr will ask for details about personally identifiable information about the individuals and business owners, administrators, and/or authorized users, such as name, address, date of birth, identification numbers, international passport details, phone number, and other information that will allow financial institution(s) to confirm your identity. We may also collect photos, text, videos, or any other information you upload and/or send through our Services.

Information collected from your device: When you use our Services, we may collect information from your computers or mobile devices, such as the unique identification number, the model, operating system and version, your browser type and version, the presence of any device, operating system, or browser add-ons, the times you access our Services, the locations from where you access our Services (attributed based on your IP address, the page you visited before navigating to our Services, and your mobile device’s location services), and your stored contacts. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide you with the Service's features and functionality, as well as to communicate directly with you, by sending you email messages and push notifications. We may also send you Service-related emails or messages (e.g., account verification, change or updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). Privacy Protection: In line with Federal Privacy Laws, we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) to protect our customers' privacy. Wyrr’s Privacy Policy and company process fully comply with the 10 fair information principles:

  • Accountability: we are responsible for personal information under our control. Our compliance officers ensure accountability at all times.
  • Identifying Purposes: our Privacy Policy outlines the purposes for which the personal information is being collected before or at the time of collection.
  • Consent: the knowledge and consent of the individual are confirmed and received for the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, except where inappropriate.
  • Limiting Collection: The collection of personal information is limited to that needed for the purposes identified by Wyrr. Information is collected by fair and lawful means.

  • Accuracy: personal information must be as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as possible to properly satisfy the purposes for which it is to be used.
  • Safeguards: personal information is protected by appropriate security relative to the sensitivity of the information.
  • Openness: Wyrr makes detailed information about its policies and practices relating to managing personal information publicly and readily available.
  • Individual Access: upon request, an individual will be informed of the existence, use, and disclosure of their personal information and be given access to that information. The individual shall be able to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and have it amended as appropriate.

How we use Cookies to collect your Information

Wyrr, and its third-party partners, automatically collect certain usage information when you visit our Sites, Services, read our emails, or otherwise engage with us. We collect this information through tracking technologies, including cookies, Flash objects, web beacons, file information, and similar technology (collectively, "tracking technologies"). Through the tracking technologies, we collect information about your device and its software, including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, platform type, device type, operating system, date and time stamp, and a unique ID that allows us to identify your browser, mobile device or your account uniquely, and other such information. We may use third-party analytics services to evaluate your use of the Services by compiling reports on activity by IP addresses, Internet service provider, browser type, operating system, and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Website you visit, number of links clicked, search terms and other similar usage data, and analyzing performance metrics. Wyrr will not sell your information. However, we may share your personal information in the following instances:

  • Others in an anonymized form without identifying you.

Control over your Information

Profile and Data Sharing Settings: You may update your profile information, such as your user name and profile photo, and may change some of your data sharing preferences on your Account Settings Page.

Access to your Device Information: You may control the app’s access to your device information through your "Settings" app on your device. You can revoke permission for the app to access your address book, location, photo stream, and camera.

How to control your communications preferences: You can stop receiving promotional emails from us by clicking on the "unsubscribe link" in such communications. You may not opt out of service-related communications like account verification, transactional communications, changes/updates to Service's features, and technical and security notices.

Modifying or deleting your information: If you have any questions about reviewing, modifying, or deleting your information, or if you want to remove your name or comments from our website or publicly displayed content, you can contact us directly at help@wyrr.app. We may not be able to modify or delete your information in all circumstances.

The Site may have links to third-party websites, which may have privacy policies that differ from ours. We are not responsible for the practices of such sites, nor does any such link imply that Wyrr endorses or has reviewed the third-party site subject to such link. Children’s Privacy

Wyrr does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 through our Services. If you are under 13, please do not give us personal information. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
