Wyrr provides multi-currency Wallets that enable Users to :

• Fund Wallets in Canadian Dollars (CAD), Nigerian Naira (NGN), or other permitted currencies.
• Transfer funds between Wallets or external accounts.
• Pay for goods and services, such as tuition or bills, as permitted by Wyrr.
• Conduct foreign currency exchanges between supported currencies.

By using the Wallet, you agree to :

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering and using the Wallet.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and immediately notify Wyrr of any unauthorized access or transactions.
• Use the Wallet for lawful purposes only.

• A 1% fee is charged for Wallet funding, capped at C$100 (or NGN 6,000).
• Transaction limits are set at C$9,000 or NGN 10,000,000 per transaction, depending on the funding corridor.
• Wyrr may revise fees and limits with appropriate notice to Users.

• Wallet transactions are processed in real time and are subject to system availability.
• Once confirmed, all transactions are final. Refunds or reversals will only be processed under specific circumstances outlined in Wyrr’s policies.
• Wyrr reserves the right to decline or hold any transaction suspected of fraud, non-compliance, or violations of this Agreement.

• Wyrr monitors transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Users may be required to provide additional documentation or verification to complete certain transactions.

Users are prohibited from :

• Using the Wallet for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or financing terrorism.
• Sharing account access or credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate currency exchange rates or fees.

• Wyrr is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized transactions unless such loss arises directly from Wyrr’s negligence.
• Users are liable for all activities conducted through their Wallet unless they have promptly reported unauthorized access.

• Wyrr may suspend or terminate Wallet access if a User is found to have violated the terms of this Agreement or applicable laws.
• Upon termination, Wyrr will return any remaining Wallet balance to the User, subject to applicable fees and deductions.

Wyrr reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at its discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Wallet constitutes acceptance of any updates to this Agreement.
